Before you get in touch

How much does it cost to register a company in Nepal?
Government fees depend on your authorised capital; our professional fee is quoted as a fixed amount before we start. You get the full breakdown — government charges and our fee, separately — in writing after the first call. No hourly billing, no surprises.
How long does FDI approval take in Nepal?
For a standard application through the Department of Industry, the statutory limit is 30 working days, with NRB and OCR steps running alongside. Timelines slip when documents are incomplete, so we front-load the paperwork before filing.
Can a foreigner own 100% of a company in Nepal?
In most sectors, yes. A few remain restricted or require a Nepali joint-venture partner, and minimum investment thresholds apply. We confirm your specific sector before you commit any capital.
Do you handle the audit as well?
No — we prepare your books, controls, and financial statements so the statutory audit runs smoothly, and we coordinate with the auditors you appoint. We never audit work we have prepared; that separation protects you.
What does the first meeting cost?
Nothing. The first 30-minute consultation is free, and we tell you at that meeting if we are not the right firm for the job.
Who will actually do my work?
The person you meet. We are a small senior team — engagements are not pitched by partners and handed to juniors.
